Your information is only used to fill your order. We do not sell or redistribute your information to ANYONE. Period.

If you opt to receive our newsletters, updates and/or related company information you will receive these via your email address that you supply us. Only your order data billing, shipping, and order contents data is stored on our server. This information is encrypted using a Secure Sockets Layer before it is transmitted over a web server. We DO NOT store your Credit Card data.

Cookies are small files that reside on your computer and allow us to recognize you on your next visit or store your shopping cart contents. We use them only to track this information.

Return, Refund and Exchange Policies

We want you to be happy with you purchase(s) at TurtleLady.com and we strive to get things right from the moment you place your order. However we understand sometimes things do not always go as they should. Depending on what the issue is, here is what you can expect:

EXCHANGES: 

Should you need to exchange an item, please notify us within 30 days from shipping date by email at: customerservice@TurtleLady.com. We will contact you with instructions, however please note that the item MUST be in new and unused condition and if clothing, must not have been worn.  You will not be subject to a restocking fee. We do not pay to ship the item back to us, however, we will pay the cost to ship the replacement back to you.

DAMAGED ITEMS:

We pack and ship your item(s) with care however should your shipment arrive damaged or in unacceptable condition, notify us immediately by emailing us at customerservice@TurtleLady.com.  We will instruct you as to how to proceed. It may be sufficient for you to just take some pictures and email them to us or we may require that the item(s) be returned, in which case we will provide you with a shipping label and instructions so the damaged item(s) can be returned to us at no cost to you.  We will do our best to get a replacement shipped to you, at no additional cost to you, as soon as possible.

RETURNING ITEMS:

We ship to you with every hope that you love your purchase. We want you to be happy and also know that many of your purchases do go to support very important causes. In the event that you are truly unhappy with your purchase and an exchange is not an option our policy is as follows:

We would need to be notified with a request and an explanation of why you are unhappy within 30 days of shipping via an email sent to us at:

customerservice@TurtleLady.com.

We can offer you an online “store” credit for the full amount of your purchase price, less shipping costs, that never expires, so you may shop at another time for something else that you will love. To do this, we would need your original purchase(s) returned to us in unused, unworn and unwashed condition. We do not cover the cost to return the items to us.

If you do not wish a store credit to be issued to you, we will refund your original purchase price, less shipping costs, and you will also be subject to a 15% (Fifteen percent) re-stocking charge. Credit will be issued to you in the same manner payment was received once we receive the items to be returned and they meet our criteria of being in new, unused, unworn and unwashed condition.

SPECIAL AND/OR CUSTOM ORDERS ARE A FINAL SALE AND NOT ACCEPTED FOR EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT. These items have been made for you specifically.

SALE OR REDUCED ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND NOT ACCEPTED FOR EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT.

Please note that our Return, Refund and Exchange Policies are subject to change without notice.

We really do want to make your purchase with us as easy as possible with the end result being that you love your purchase and we raise more awareness than ever about causes we all care about.

Shipping and Handling Policies

We really appreciate your business! Our shipping and handling charges cover processing your order, packaging and handling with care and shipping to you.

Please note that if your order is going to more than one address, separate shipping charges will apply for each address.

We usually ship within 5 to 7 business days from when we receive your order. You will be notified via email of any delays. Tracking numbers will be sent via email. Tracking numbers may take up to 48 hours to appear.

Shipping and handling charges are subject to change without notice and are stated in $US funds. Once your order has been shipped, we cannot be responsible for delays.

For Shipments within the United States:

We use the USPS (United States Postal Service) First Class, Express and Priority Mail Service depending on your merchandise.

Special orders that are oversized as well as original artwork may require additional shipping charges. Please inquire in advance at customerservice@TurtleLady.com and we can notify you via email or phone prior to any purchase transaction what these additional charges  would be.

Shipping via UPS or Fed Ex is available upon request and any applicable charges are at customer’s expense.

Signatures may be required for any merchandise shipments valued at over US$150.00.

For International Orders:

PLEASE EMAIL US AT Customerservice@TurtleLady.com PRIOR TO PLACING YOUR ORDER so that we may assist you with this process.

All International orders will be placed on a 24 hour hold before processing.

All rates will be posted/quoted in $US (US dollars). Our posted shipping rates DO NOT apply to International Orders. All orders being shipping outside the United States will need to have their shipping charges calculated by size, weight and destination. We will ship by the most economical option unless you specify another method. If you require an order to go by freight, please keep in mind it can take several days to get an actual quote from the freight companies or forwarders, so your patience would be appreciated.
